        <content>Out of 6 dishes, 5 solid hits. The BIG miss was the bizarre, flattened oyster dish. All the bad, earthy qualities of the oyster really came through with this one. The foie gras and sardine thing is pretty out there but I liked it...desserts were awesome. If you can appreciate food as theatre and believe that there's room for wildly creative cuisine (but not too many places like this, please!) this is well, well worth a visit, imo.</content>
