It is very festive, I often see large family parties and is a flat price - and all you can eat.I don't remember how much - maybe $40 somthing for adults and I think less for kids. It has a huge salad bar with all kinds of salads, seafood etc and then waiters come around serving a variety of grilled chicken, meats, sausage etc. So there is something for everyone and kids have an excuse to get up and go back to the salad bar.
