        <content>Can someone explain to my what Turbinado or Demerara Sugar is, and if it can be purchased anywhere in Manhattan, preferrably on the UWS.  Thanks</content>

      <content>Turbinado sugar is unprocessed sugar. You should be able to find some in any good supermarker under the brandname "Sugar in the Raw"
  Also check out an hispanic market and ask for Piloncello. They look like little brown cones of sugar.</content>
