      <content>I got one at Rainbow but the shelf life is so short it they said won't be a regular thing.  I think they're going to start a special order list but people would have to pick it up right away cuz it's so perishable.  I agree: addictive!!
 
For those who don't know, it's fresh mozzarella filled with whole cream.  A heart attack in a plastic cup. yum.</content>

They mail it to restaurants all over the usa, very cheap when you buy from them. They will sell to individuals. They are the only people who make the cheese in this country.
 
If you're in LA you can go to the factory and pick up the cheese.</content>
