        <content>I've heard of Alexandra and Nicolay chocolates in Brooklyn, who apparently make the "Czar's" chocolates, and I also know of some Japanese confectioners in Manhattan.  Do you know of any "ethnic" confectioners/chocolatiers?  Traditional and kitschy are both desirable...</content>
