I heard about this on "Good Eats" and then again on the Outer Boroughs board in a discussion of the best jerk chicken.

So where can I find it? Anywhere, in any borough. I have seen small packages of it in the Arab stores on Atlantic Ave. but these are probably for use in the hookah and not for cooking food on...the package is small, about the size of a package of pita bread.

It is 8.8 lbs. I bought some a few weeks ago and remain unimpressed. I bought it to grill with and find that it gives off a real uneven heat and has a shorter grilling window than briquettes. As far as flavor goes I also haven't noticed much of a difference between it and Kingsford. Can't really comment on it as a barbeque fuel, but it does burn really clean and doesn't give off too much smoke, so if you are going to use it for barbequing I'd probably augment it with some wood chips.
