All I can say is that by the time I was done reading I was practically salivating. sirloin burger filled with truffles, foie gras, braised short rib!!! I was totally blown away by the ingredients. I realize $29 is a lot for a burger but I was almost tempted to drive into the city and get one to go. Is it as good as it sounds?? For her to eat any burger, let alone order it a second time, was enough to convince me this must be *some* burger. I am looking forward to trying it. It plagues my thoughts at times. It's very melty--all of those flavors come together. Make sure you get it medium rare. And the tomato confit is awesome. I was not, however, as impressed with the souffle potatoes as I thought I'd be.
