I've perused on-line menus and found none; does any reputable NY establishment offer a bone-in ribeye (my favorite cut) that isn't butchered by the broiler?

Citysearch posts restaurant websites which usually have menus. Did a quick search of:
    New York
    Restaurants tab
    by cuisine

The first one I was with bone-in ribeye was Rothmann's Steakhouse

But asking Chowhounds is the best way to go. I'm not from NY, but it sounded like you were having trouble finding on-line menus in addtion to in-bone ribeye.

Chimmichurri Grill on ninth bet 43rd & 44th is an Argentine place that often has rib-eye (boneless, alas) from Argentine grass-fed cattle as a special. Wash it down with a bottle of Malbec. It's way pleasing.
