Heading to Patria for dinner on Saturday and I am wondering if people have some suggestions for what we should order?
I love that suckling pig of theirs...so many textures combined--the crispy skin, the moist shredded meat, little loin medallions....yum. Also, my husband gets the churassco every time and swears by it. I also like their short ribs--smoky and tender. Oh, and any of the ceviches of course! (Realizing now my suggestions don't go so swell with 90 degree weather). Enjoy!
