Scalinatella or Da Nica in NYC?
Does anyone have a preference for either of these restaurants? I have a choice for dinner next weekend and really know nothing about either? Thanks for any input.
I've been to Scalinatella a couple of times. Upper East Side restaurant that gets alot of local Upper East Siders. The food is always good. Basic Italian fare. Can't go wrong. Very expensive. Not much ambiance. It is downstairs and there are not many or any windows. However, the staff is quite attentive, but then again they should be for the prices. I would recommend Scalinatella, if you don't mind the prices.
