I forgot what the entire handwritten sign said, but it did contain the "yang" chinese character. The meat look shiny and like fresh innards. this begs the question, is this penis meat? and if so, how does one cook it? I haven't had the testicles, but the penis is chewy (like tendons) and bland, and were sliced crosswise. I think they par-boil it before serving. They are always in stock in the pre-pack refrigerated meat section and always look fresh as can be. I've been wondering if they are used more as a food item or for medicinal purposes?
