Scottish restaurants in Manhattan

I'm in need of any places that serve any or all of the following: cock-a-leekie soup, Scotch eggs and, of course, haggis, even if it is only seasonally.
Pubs will be OK, but I don't know of any Scottish-only restaurants. I know many of the hybrid British joints with pub grub, but can any one point me to a real Scottish restaurant (if one exists)?
You might want to try St. Andrews, which is at 120 West 44th. I've only been to the bar, which has a fantastic selection of beers, but they do have a full restaurant. At the bar, I've tried their curry fries...St Andrews is the only place in the city where I've been able to find this magical dish.
