192396 Fri Sep 28 17:06:11 -0700 2001 0 18 Manhattan 0 1027442 I'm recovering from a nasty stomach virus--102 degree fever, vomiting, diarrhea, the works--and my doctor said I may have fell victim to food poisoning. A friend of mine said a lot of people in the NYC area have been coming down with this lately because food trucks have not been making timely deliveries in the wake of the World Trade Center attacks.
