River Cafe Redux - Specialties of Chef Brad?
I saw today's NY Times article and wondered if any chowhounds have visited The River Cafe since Brad Steelman took over? I will be taking my midwestern mother there for her birthday and want to "wow" her with something out of the ordinary.
So...any tips on must-haves or dishes to avoid?
It's my first time at the River Cafe and I'm hoping to spend my splurge money wisely.
