Hey folks. I'm trying to find a good dim sum recomendation for a get-together with my girlfriend and my brother next Saturday. From what I've been reading on the boards most of the ones in Manhattan's C-town are seriously lacking. There's nothing more I'd rather than for someone to convince me otherwise. i have been going to Mandarin Court and was told by a friend that their quality has slid a little bit. I'm thinking of Harmony Palace, Triple 8, or perhaps Golden Unicorn. Carts are a must for us; crispy shrimp in shell are also a high priority :). thanks and praise to the kitchen god(s) for any help you may be able to give.

It ain't glamouros, it ain't pretty. But, Division St Dim Sum House (around #50) has excellent dim sum. Be prepared to share a table, unless you bring a crowd.
you also have to keep an eagle eye on the carts since some of the ladies fly past the nonchinese people if your interested in some of the odder(i.e. chicken feet) dishes
