Vietnam on Doyers Street

I'm trying this place for the first time tonight.
Any tips on how to order?

  1. Are you talking about the downstairs place in the crook of the road? I've had some uneven experiences there, some seafood that wasn't perfectly fresh and some rather bland brown garlic sauces.

    I find the menus much more exciting at any of the three places on Baxter Street. Vietnamese sandwiches, great soups, spicy dishes, and generous portions. The dishes where you put the vaious ingredients together by hand and roll them in a rice-wrapper(might just be called "barbequed beef" etc) are awesome.
