Bad Meals at Aureole

Does anybody know what's happened to Aureole? I've just had ANOTHER horrid meal there-food too salty, served cold, greasy, etc. Did the chef die or something?

  1. Oh come on now, you expect better at that place? They've been resting on their laurels for some time now. I suppose that Charlie Palmer only cooks when the TV cameras are rolling!

    1. Charlie Palmer's other restaurant, Metrazur, at Grand Central Station, is also a huge disappointment. The food is consistently inconsistent, and poorly prepared. Several dishes I've had there were horridly over-salted, I mean really! Frankly, it's just not worth the premium prices. It's such a great location, and such a celebrated chef, and such a disappointment....
