At least 2 or 3 times a month I get over to Rinconcito Peruano for a lunchtime ceviche fix. About 2 weeks ago I got a red-hot surprise with my ceviche de pescado; bright-orange flecks of what to my tongue seemed like habanero. It provided a nice complement to the acidity of the fish, but I must I've never had any ceviche quite as spicy. Whoo hoo!

They usually have it on Thurs. or Fri.; best to call ahead though. And, it's typically not done "cooking" until around 12:30 or 1:00.
