What restaurant in the city serves the best Paella and is infant friendly? (very well behaved infant)
Also looking for infant friendly American or French Bistro. Cafe Luxemborg does great job but we are looking for a change. Balthazar would perfer not to be bothered.

  1. Costa Del Sol on 9th Ave and 50s.
There maybe other restaurants in other parts of town.
A decade plus ago, on 23rd and 2nd, there used to be
Ole (Don't know if is still open.

    1. Believe it or not, deep in restaurant purgatory (upper east side) is a place called Maz Mazcal (86th St. between 1st and 2d) that makes the best paella in the city (takes 45 minutes as disclosed on their menu). They also have outdoor seating and a brand new bar area.
