Baby-Friendly Restaurant (w/ Garden?) in Upper East Side

Friends who are visiting from out of town want to dine with their two-month-old baby (and us) at around 6:30 this Sunday, within walking distance of their hotel (on east 64th). Where could we go in that vicinity where a baby would not look utterly out of place and which would not be too pricey (say around $40 per adult all-in)? My friend was hoping for something with an outdoor garden . . . Your help would be very appreciated!
central park .. go to the boathouse, eat outside. pretty bad food, but so what? the restaurant doesn't get the usual manhattan crowd thats appalled by babies in a restaurant. and at twilight on a summers night, central park is bewitching. so much better than eating johns pizza in a tiny garden, dont you think?
