Anyone familiar with Remi in the West 50's. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.
Remi is excellent. Might be a little busier at lunch than dinner. Interesting early Adam Tihany design (he's also a part owner I believe) It's an upscale, northern Italian type of place. Don't expect any heavy red sauces.
I believe Remi might mean Oar in Italian which is why the murals feature scenes of gondolas in Venice. I must admit I haven't been there in over a year but it's been around for some time so I don't think it's changed all that much.
Also excellent for a pre-theatre dinner. They'll take good care of you and get you out in time without any feeling of being rushed.
