DULCE DE LECHE
Dulce de Leche is so simple to make at home, save
yourself a trip: Pour a can of condensed milk into a
glass pie plate, wrap in foil.Place pie plate into a
roasting pan. Pour boiling water halfway up the pie
plate and cook at 425 1 1/2 hrs. or until caramel
colored. Remove and stir smooth. Speaking of Dulce
de Leche, have you tried the Hagen Dasz ice cream by
that name? It is THE BEST!!!

Well, now that you mention it, Jonathan...I've made
Dulce de Leche a few times by simply boiling a can of
condensed milk for about an hour - making sure to keep
it covered with water AT ALL TIMES, of course. This
will PREVENT the can from BURSTING.
