What's a piadina?
Piadina is a flat bread-cake, like pita, made with white flour and much pork lard. It is the dominant bread of Italy's Emilia Romagna region. No need to butter it: the lard takes care of that.
Piadina is bets described as a large Italian version of ma tortilla that is filled loosely with cheese, arugola etc.
