the owners of Piadina. Just
west of Christopher st. PATH
station. Excellent food,
reasonably priced, and
piadinas. Cash only. VERY
italian. Excelent expresso.

    What's a piadina?

      Piadina is a flat bread-cake, like pita, made
      with white flour and much pork lard. It is the
      dominant bread of Italy's Emilia Romagna region.
      No need to butter it: the lard takes care of
