We'll be traveling to VA Beach this weekend and am looking for moderate price, good service and good food. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I need breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We want to stay in the VA Beach area rather than venturing to Norfolk, etc. THANKS!

No Frill Grill--2nd location now at Hilltop near the Beach. Burgers, ribs, guiness choc cake, and my fav the Spottswood salad topped with grilled tuna

Tautog's, Croaker's & Chick's Oyster Bar for fresh traditional seafood like fried shrimp, crab cakes & broiled flounder

Mayflower Cafe, at the beach in the 30's teeny tiny Turkish spot with great pita bread and roast chicken, occasional seafood specials

Mary's at the beach for breakfast and country cooking.

501 City Grill, good shrimp and other stuff, lively bar on 1 side

Beach Pub, local's bar, seafood and Southern cooking

And if you want to go more expensive try Coastal Grill on Great Neck, all entrees under $20 and the single most consistent restaurant I have ever been to

Belvedere Coffee Shop for in the 30's brkfst and lunch, simple coffee shop
