Restaurants near I-80 in New Jersey

Later this week, we'll be traveling west on I-80 from the Parsippany area to the Pennsylvania border and need suggestions for a place to stop for dinner along the way. Good, reasonably priced food is what we're looking for, preferably within 5-10 minutes of the Interstate. In a pinch, we could wait until Eastern Pennsylvania, if that's a better choice.
You didn't mention what area you wanted to have brunch in, so I will give my favorite splurge place.
Rat's Restaurant at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ is a lovely place to have brunch. I love the complimentary champagne (a typical giveaway at any Sunday brunch . . .) and the buffet is really awesome--prime rib, pork roasts, tons of seafood, sushi, amazing breads and pastries. Given the selection, it's a good deal plus if it's a sunny day, a walk around the park is a great idea.
Rats is delightful, but it's at least an hour and a half drive south of route 80--completely the wrong direction.
The Black Forest Inn in Stanhope, not far from Waterloo Village, is very good, although a bit on the pricey side. From Parsippany to the PA border is less than an hour, perhaps eating before or after the ride would be more comfortable.
THE VILLAGE CAFE IN HOPE,NJ IS A GREAT PLACE TO STOP. IT IS UNBELIEVABLY QUAINT AND PICTURESQUE. THE FOOD IS GOOD AND REASONABLY PRICED, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.THIS PLACE USED TO BE A BED AND BREAKFAST BUT WAS CONVERTED TO CAFE. EXIT 12 SOUTH 1-2 MILES INTO HOPE. LEFT AT MAIN INTERSECTION IN HOPE. GO OVER A LITTLE BRIDGE, TAKE FIRST LEFT AND ITS ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. IF YOU PASS THE INN MILL RACE YOU WENT TO FAR. SORRY IF THIS RESPONSE CAME TO LATE FOR YOUR TRIP. MAYBE YOU CAN TRY IT IN THE FUTURE.
