If anyone knows an Ethiopian place anywhere even close I'd love to know. Also I've found good Thai ate Far East Taste in Eatontown, and GREAT Thai at Pad Thai Inc. in Highland Park. Turn right at bottom of exit for Rt. 514 at the light. One , possibly two lights and it's across from a Quick Chek and the Municipal Building. Left side of the road in strip mall. If you pass a statue in the middle of the road, you've gone too far. This is probably about 5-10 minutes from Pad Thai. Not cheap, but we pretty much enjoyed our meal the one time we dined there. Ken, however, said he'd want a fork if he ever returned - couldn't get used to just using the bread.
