Knapp Winery - Lake Cayuga (between Ithaca and Seneca Falls)

Had a wonderful lunch at the Knapp Winery on Rt. 89 alongside Lake Cayuga (an absolutely spectacular drive at leaf season!). We had a perfectly prepared burger and a pasta with salmon. The food was fine, the wine (we tried many - and ended up preferring Cabernet Blanc) was excellent. The dining room itself is airport-lounge like to some extent, but everyone is very friendly. The view of the vineyards is pleasant too. Highly recommended if you are making the drive.
