Peekskill area eats

Our itinerary has changed and will now be spending
two days in Peekskill vicinity. Any ideas where to find
some good food????

    If you check the tri-state area, you'll find some posts on Peekskill. Zeph's comes to mind as being recommended on these boards more than once.
