Dinner at Terra. What to order?

Am dining at Terra tomorrow night...have looked through old posts and come up with tripe, sweetbreads and panna cotta. Anybody else have any particular dishes they remember from the menu? I realize they probably have a seasonal menu and I won't be able to get the heirloom tomato salad you had in August..... thanks.
The tripe or sweetbreads are great. But the seabass served sitting in a pool of broth is more mainstream and incredibly delicious. Its the best fish preparation that I've had. What are your friends going to say when come back and try to extol the virtues of the place and you talk about tripe? If I recall the sweetbreads are a first course, or if not we may have split them as a first course.
