good BYO in lehigh valley?

Does anyone know of a good BYO in the Lehigh Valley, possibly small enough for me to take over the whole restaurant (for my 40th birthday party), or with a private room? I really want to have a party, and don't want the headache of throwing it at my home. I want great food, but can't afford a huge liquor bill, so I thought a BYO might be a solution. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    1. Stay away from Juliana's in Easton. It took 2 hours - no joke - between our appetizers and our food. 6 tables that were seated after us were served, ate and left before we even saw our meals. I have never received such bad service in my life. Then the snotty waiter had the nerve to say "Hey, we're busy, relax!" What a jerk. He practically threw our meals on the table. After the wait, the food was only mediocre at best. There were empty tables in the house - they were not that busy.
