It comes in a chocolate cylinder with fresh cream and the dulce de leche. Smash it on the plate and mix it all together to get the real tasting. It's awesome. It's crispy (almost like the chinese version) and served with a wonderful sauce and interesting sides. And because it's fish, you almost think it's healthy.
