Maybe one of the Studio Kitchen afficianados could post all the basic info and we could then refer folks to that. Acctually it sounds like it may be time for a yahoogroups board called "Studio Kitchen" to hold discussions and pair up folks there.

It is relatively easy to communicate with Shola, or whoever is in charge of answering the emails. Here is the address: Studiokitchen424@aol.com. The meals are now 60.00 for five courses. You bring your own wine.
You must be a party of eight, not seven and not nine, per the emails from studiokitchen. If you get a reservation and cannot find enough people to go with you, I'm sure you could find folks on this board or on egullet who would be willing to join you.

After a little digging, I found this review in 2001 by Maxine Keyser. The price went up I know but it should give you the basics.
