I ate here a few weeks ago too. HANDS DOWN the best meal I have ever eaten in philadelphia and I have been to le bec fin, striped bass ect ect. I remember it all too, started with a corn souffle with corn juice and white truffle, second coures war ricotta gnocchi with mushrooms, peas, confit of duck and sage brown butter.
Entree was slowly roasted salmon with fennel puree and lemon mosto oil, it rocked. He made for dessert a slow roasted pineapple with fromage blanc sorbet and vanilla ginger broth, un freakingbelievable food. This is the best kept secret in philadelphia.
