Meatballs in the Poconos!

From my friend Dave:

****

Thought I found the best meat ball hero I have ever tasted there, right in the town of Canadensis (about a 1-block square downtown area), at the local Italian pizza joint -- Continental Grill. Soft and tender meatballs on a toasted hero, with a sauce that is zesty and flavorful, and full of small chunks of tomatoes. I have been eating it for the past month when I was there.

However, I went there yesterday and the meatballs were like rocks!! They must have made a new batch and they were mediocre at best.

as I told Dave, you can't trust statistics when the sample size is so small. These guys might have made perfect meatballs every day for the last fifteen years, and he was unlucky enough to encounter an aberrantly bad batch!

Anybody else know this place? Or mind doing some chowhound reconnaissance work for the Greater Good?

ciao

    Hmm, an interesting problem.

My feeling is that it is so unusual to encounter a great meatball hero that it's more likely that the lousy was one an anomaly than the heroic one.
