But the best thing about Cape Cod is that they sell a dark and crunchy version, fried extra long. But not quite as good as the ones that used to be made by... darn, I forgot the name, but I remember the brand was owned by Anheuser-Busch(!), and they were called dark Russet chips, and were the best ever. Better than the current Cape Cods because the Cape Cods tend to be smallish bits and pieces, while the Eagle were full sized dark potato chips. The flavor is similar.
