We enjoyed the demonstrations, particularly David Rosengarten and the wine guy, Michael(?) Green. The restaurant stands had nice giveaway food, but the lines were way too long. I expected more displays by vendors such as cookware and food products - there were only a few. The room was too small for the number of people attending. Still, not a bad afternoon.
