Alladin's in Allentown

We were in Allentown the past few days and went to Alladin's a lebanese restaurant on Union Blvd just a little bit south of the Airport. The food was quite good, and the place was very nice -- pillowed banquettes, tenet-like ceilings, and stuff like that.
Everything was at least good, but standouts were some of the mezze: babaganoush, which was both light and smoky; the tabouli; fried kibbe patties which were crisp and very juicy -- they weren't dried out like they are at so many places (they probably fried them fresh rather than reheating); fried cauliflower with tahini; and sauteed zucchini with garlic and lemon. The best main dishes were the kebabs and grilled meats, esp. the chicken kebab, which was exceptionally garlicky and juicy, perhaps one of the best I have ever had.
The place isn't cheap -- mains are in the $10 -$20 range, but the place could certainly hold its own against most middle eastern places in NY. It is also BYOB. According to our local source (a friend's sister who lives in Allentown) this restaurant has gone through a number of different incarnations and name changes, and passed through the hands of a number of different families. It is listed in the current phonebook as Beirut, rather than Alladin, due to a very recent change. In any case, it is well worth a visit.
