Also agree that ordering a bunch of the little dishes is awesome - Addies mussels or unreal. I had a tuna steak on Wednesday that was cooked to perfection. Definitely my tops for seafood in DC right now - with a creative menu. In the meals I had way back when, however, I found that fried items and seafood served very simply (e.g., grilled or raw) were the best bets -- the kitchen was very heavy-handed on sauces and salt, masking the taste of the fresh fish.
