The Mansion on O Street is a 19th century brownstone on a quiet street that's been turned into a small boutique hotel/B&B, filled with antiques and art - all for sale. It's also a private club with a vintage (licensed) bar in the back, but is also open to the public at select times for lectures, book-signings and even small concerts, as well as a lunch buffet Mondays from 12-2. The buffet has salads, cold dishes, hot dishes, soup, breads, and a big dessert spread. Coffee & tea are included. Everything is presented beautifully on antique dishes and lace tablecloths.
