The fresh fish is usually a good bet, the few times I have been their preparations complimented the fish very well, rather than dominating the natural flavor of the fish. It's the best lobster roll I've had since my days in Boston (this includes trying several restaurants' lobster rolls in Maine and being dissatisfied).
