I like Pakwan up on Jones Steet, within walking distance of the theatre district. It is Pakistani food. Sooooo good. You can bring your own beer and wine, if you'd like; they make great chai (help yourself from a big urn) and a great mango lassi. They keep you generously supplied with hot, fresh naan, and the entrees are HUGE. Last time there, I had roasted goat shanks. I believe they are open until 2 A.M.

You might try Farallon -- I think they stay open for the theater crowd, and it's right off the square. Someone just posted their impressions of it a couple of days ago, so you should find it if you scroll down.
