I've only gone there for afternoon tea, and like it very much. Nice surroundings, tasty scones and sandwiches (get the scones with the golden raisins), and excellent selection of teas. Only thing I don't like: they have one bathroom, and there's always a lengthy wait.

We went for Hubby's birthday. We ate outside and it was beautiful.I was looking forward to the Mussels du jour they brag about. Unfortunately, on Saturday nights they serve the basic mussels with wine and garlic, but they were tasty. Hubby had the seared tuna app and it was delicious. Fearing I would be full from the mussels, I ordered the crab cake sandwich. I found it to have a bit too much Old Bay and salt, but other than that it was full of crab, little filler besides the mayo. maybe if I had eaten it with the bread, lettuce and tomato, the Old bay would not have been so prominent. He had the Thai beef. It had wonderful flavor. Our server, Brittany (tatoo in right ear) was wonderful. Personable and attentive without being a pest. He also had the strawberry shortcake, which was delicious. We shared a bottle of Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay for $34.00. Very nice meal. The mussels did attract a few flies, and was grateful to be left at peace when they were taken from the table. The only thing that surprised me is that she did not offer to wrap up the half of crab cake I left. But, I forgot to ask for it. We are definitely going back. A friend has brunch there almost every Sunday.
