Anyone have a favorite dim sum spot in Oakland's Chinatown?

There's another place on Broadway around 4th, south side of the street. I wasn't overwhelmed (good greens and asparagus, though); but my from-Hong-Kong neighbors favor this place above all others.

      My recommendation

      1. Jade garden(?)
      2. Tin's teahoue

There's also this good dim sum take-out place on the northside of 8th between webster and Franklin. Nice chive dumplins and the fluffy rice cake..

Close--it's Jade Villa (I can see the sign out my office window).

And I agree on both. Check out recent Chowhound visit to Jade Villa for more details.
