Good lunch-time eateries in the Financial District??

Any advice for quality, tasty, reasonably-priced restaurants for lunch in the Financial District (specifically, the Embarcadero area)? I'm at a loss. Tired of the Briazz-type places, but many sit-down restaurants take longer than my 1-hour lunch slot! Would love to find a great Japanese or Italian restaurant, though I'm open to all cuisines.
Your feedback is much appreciated!
Here is a list of the city's Japanese restaurants--some of them are located in the Financial District.
If the price is a very important factor, your choice may be limited to Yoshinoya, Japan's large beef bowl chain--many branches are in California.
Have you tried Kotobuki (433-2868) at Embarcadero 4? I've eaten there a couple of times, and they are not bad. While they are a sit-down rest., they were pretty quick. There is also a to-go sushi place at EC4 as well.
FYI I've worked at Embarcadero 4 for 10 years so I have exploited about every lunch resouce from here to North Beach over the years. I can't imagine how burned out I'd be if I was stuck in some suburban office park.
I'm at One Maritime Plaza and asked almost this same question about two months ago -- people on the board gave me some great suggestions (most of which I haven't managed to try out yet). The link to my original post is below, and that should get you to the responses as well.
