      <content>You might try Fresh Fields (Whole Foods).  They have an amazing variety of flours and corn meals.  As it happens, I recently Googled graham flour after seeing it in a recipe and not knowing what it was.  Learned you can substitute whole wheat flour (preferably stone ground.  One definition given:  "Graham flour is the same as whole wheat flour, containing the bran, endosperm, and germ. "  Named after Sylvester Graham, yep, same guy who created graham crackers.</content>
