Burritos in SF

The GSFBT has been "touring" San Francisco for burritos for a few months now - sampling different uncharted and charted burrito-serving establishments each week (give or take). We usually meet Monday eves and we discuss & review the burritos and then publish a summary of our collective commentary for each "burritoria." If you'd like to join our burrito exploration crew and/or read some of our burrito reviews and/or recommend a fab burrito write to: GreatSFBurritoTour@yahoo.com Muchas Gracias!

If you're using this board to gather participants, then you should publish the results on this board for the benefit of this community. Otherwise, this is unwelcome spam.

Melanie, et al, yes we would love to gather chowhounders to participate in the Great SF Burrito Tour! But don't think it would work to "publish" the collective "reviews" of burrito places that we compile after one of our "expeditions" because they are are kind of long and rambling - everyone's input is included in the final product (we have from 5-15 participants at every dinner) and each "report summary" ends up as an email that would be one or two printed pages. If, for example, someone asks for the report summary for one of our "expeditions" (eg, to Taqueria Cancun at Mission & 19th) we would be happy to send that. (I'll send you some samples offline so you'll see what I mean.) We would love to have some brethren chowhound attitude on the Burrito Tour because we're tired of outsiders calling us burrito-nerds who analyze and care about it all too mcuh! Thanks,GSFBT

Then how about this - please post your favorite place (or places) review(s). I, for one, would like to read and compare.

        Thanks,
        SF
