Shalom on University Blvd in Wheaton is a short walk from the Wheaton Metro. There also are kosher markets in Kemp Mill, and Rockville (2) all of which are not really Metro accessible. However, Empire turkeys are usually available at Giant, Superfresh and other supermarkets.

I can get fresh (well, unfrozen anyway) at Katz's Supermarket in Rockville, and I see frozen at Shopper's Food Warehouse.

I think these are the moistest birds you can cook, but I'll warn you, they are only "minimally processed" and come with a lot of feather twills still attached which are virtually impossible to remove. I usually end up throwing the skin out after cooking.
