Going to Gary Danko this Saturday

Everyone who loves a cheese cart recommended Gary Danko, so we're going on Saturday (scored a reservation somehow--their Saturdays are now booked up through November!).

I've scanned the board for recommendations, but I thought it worth asking: what shouldn't we miss? Is there anything we dare not leave Gary Danko's without sampling?

    We always do his tasting menu - he has a great feel for arrangement and timing. Danko does his own version of Keller's Oysters and Pearls dish, and while not quite up to FL, is excellent in its own right.

      I thought the cheese selection was great, but the qunatity was too much. Each of us at the table got huge portions of cheese, a shared plate would have been perfect.

      It was an interesting dinner, we very much enjoyed it, but the amount of food was really odd, and the style of food, sort of didn't match the formality of everything, Some of the food seemed like bistro food.
      it was all well done, I really liked my meal, but it was odd at the same time.

        We liked the cheese cart too, but not the poor advice our server gaves us on how to use it.
