I am in charge of looking for some seaweed for this weekends clambake. Does anyone know where I can get a lot of it? I tried M. Slavin and Sons and was unsuccessful. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
If all else fails, you can go to an Asian market and purchase dried seaweed, which can be reconstituted.
Grand Mart, the International/Korean supermarket on Duke St and I-395 carries 10 varieties of seaweed.
Try the SuperH market in Fairfax, out past 495 (I think it's just off Rt. 50). They have a HUGE selection of seaweed and in large quantities.
