Has anyone been to this restaurant, a dining spot on the 13th floor of the National Press Club. The Hill a paper that covers Capitol Hill rates it as "three stars". How credible is The Hill rating?

It's the National Press Club's restaurant which is now open to the public. They used to offer an all you can eat lunch and once in a very blue moon you'll spot a recognizable face. I'd say that the food is adequate, sometimes a bit cafeteria-ey (during lunch) and that it has the air of a club more than a restaurant. Some of the tables have good views of the city. I wouldn't really go for the food, it's American, edible, sometimes even tasty, but not a food experience. It is kind of a Washington experience - may be worth going for the scene.
